Performance characteristics
1) The whole machine is composed of a programmable controller and a large display Siemens touch screen. Stable performance and simple operation.
2) By installing automatic measuring devices such as measuring cups and electronic combination scales on the whole machine, the complete packaging steps of automatic measurement, conveying materials, filling, bag making, printing production date, and delivering finished products can be completed;
3) Using a built-in automatic alarm device, it can promptly prompt if there is no material or bag, and the fault code will be displayed on the display screen, so that the fault can be eliminated in time. Increase work efficiency and reduce losses in all aspects.
4) The temperature controller adopts intelligent adjustment, uses error-free sensors, and the sealing position is smooth and beautiful;
5) This model can be applied to three-side sealing bags or back-sealing bags, which can be selected according to customer requirements.
6) The contact point between the machine box and the packaging material is made of 304 stainless steel and is made with precision. Higher anti-corrosion materials can be customized.
7) Build an automatic assembly line port that can be connected to the production line.
